Is Pro a subscription?+
Yes, a yearly one, and it includes everything: every language and template, AI copy and translation, direct upload and review links. Cancel any time and Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for. If you only need it for one launch, the 30-day Launch Pass does not renew.
I bought a lifetime license. What changes?+
Nothing. Lifetime keys keep every feature that runs in your browser. Pro yearly adds the server features on top if you want them.
What exactly needs Pro?+
Nothing is locked in the editor. When you export, ShipMock checks whether the design uses a Pro feature and lists exactly which ones. Remove them and the export is free.
Do I need an account?+
Not for Free. Pro belongs to your account: sign in on any computer and it is unlocked there. The license is stored in your browser and checked offline, so exports never call our servers.
Are my screenshots uploaded?+
No. Everything is rendered locally with the Canvas API. If you use Cloud direct upload, the images pass through our server on their way to Apple or Google and are not kept.
What if it isn't right for me?+
Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions.
Is there regional pricing?+
Yes. Checkout shows prices in your local currency, adjusted for purchasing power where our payment provider supports it.
