These terms cover your use of ShipMock(the "service"), provided by Sharif Rayhan Nafi("we"). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
ShipMock is a browser-based tool for designing app store screenshots and generating app icons. It runs in your browser: the images, fonts and projects you work with are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.
Free and Pro
The free tier may be used for personal and commercial projects. A Pro license unlocks the features described on the pricing page. A Pro license is for one person. You may use it on any number of your own devices and for any number of your own or your clients' apps. You may not share or resell your license key.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before checkout; applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy. A refunded license stops being valid.
Your content
You keep all rights to the screenshots, logos, text and fonts you use. You are responsible for having the rights to use them, and for making sure your store listings follow Apple's and Google's guidelines. Device mockups are drawn by the service; Apple, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Google Play and Android are trademarks of their owners, and ShipMock is not affiliated with them.
Changes and availability
We may change or discontinue features. Pro is a yearly plan that renews until you cancel; after cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Lifetime Pro licenses sold before the yearly plan keep every feature that runs in your browser, in the version you have access to; server-side features are not part of them.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". Store requirements change, and while we work to keep export sizes and limits current, you are responsible for checking your files before submitting them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
